Dr. Kristen Iman

My passion for caring for mothers, babies, and families comes from both professional training and personal experience.

As a pediatric and family chiropractor, I understand that every family's health journey is unique. I am committed to helping families achieve optimal health through neurologically-focused chiropractic care that supports the body's natural ability to heal, regulate, and thrive.

My own journey into maternal and pediatric health became deeply personal when I developed severe pre-eclampsia at just 26 weeks pregnant. At 30 weeks, I underwent an emergency C-section to deliver my daughter prematurely. Navigating a high-risk pregnancy, NICU motherhood, postpartum recovery, and the emotional challenges that followed gave me a firsthand understanding of how important support, connection, and compassionate healthcare truly are.

That experience transformed the way I care for patients. It strengthened my desire to serve pregnant women, postpartum mothers, infants, and children during some of life's most vulnerable and important seasons.

Today, I have the privilege of helping families improve nervous system function, support healthy development, and create a foundation for lifelong wellness. Whether I am caring for a newborn struggling with feeding challenges, a child experiencing developmental concerns, a pregnant mother preparing for birth, or a parent seeking better health for their family, my goal is always the same: to listen, educate, and empower.

I believe healthcare should be accessible, compassionate, and focused on the whole person. This belief led to the creation of Coastal Care Chiropractic & Holistic Center, where we are dedicated to providing care that meets families where they are and supports them throughout every stage of life.

When you walk through our doors, you're more than a patient—you're family. My mission is to provide a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, supported, and confident in your healthcare decisions.

I am honored to be part of your family's wellness journey and look forward to helping you and your loved ones thrive.

With gratitude,

Dr. Kristen Iman
